His leadership skills brought him to the top levels at Citibank over a 21-year career in six countries.   He was then able to adapt these skills to the entrepreneurial world and co-founded and led Inter.net for over 10 years. David and his partner created Inter.net in 2000 as a spin-off in 15 countries from PSINet, one of the first commercial Internet companies.
